These pre-shaped mitts, developed for MMA by our partner Metal Boxe, protect your hands during boxing phases while providing the flexibility needed for fitness movements (push-ups, burpees, mountain climbers, etc.). The foam insert at the thumb and the Velcro system doubled with an elastic band provide additional safety and support.
